These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website at www.orchestrador.com (the "Website") and our digital marketing services, support services and consulting services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Website and Services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Website and Services. (If you are under 18, a parent or guarding must hire the services)

2. You agree not to use our Website and Services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes.

1. Our website implementation services for coaching businesses are designed to map your processes, implement the technology services and support your business growth and development.

2. Our support services for coaches are designed to guide and support their business operations by providing technical and business support.

3. Our digital marketing services include WIX website design and WIX website support, and we will provide these services based on the terms outlined in your separate service agreement.

1. Clients must provide notice of cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled consulting session and training session. You can cancel or change your booking via your profile on www.orchestrador.com

2. If a client fails to attend a scheduled session or cancels with less than 24 hours' notice, the session will be discounted from their package, and no credit or refund will be provided.

3. In the event that the ORCHESTRADOR must cancel a session for any reason, the client will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. We understand that emergencies and exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation, and we will make every effort to find a mutually agreeable solution.

1. Payment details for our Services will be specified in your service agreement and respective invoice.

2. All services require payment upfront unless agreed otherwise in writing between an approved representative or ORCHESTRADOR and the customer.

3. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges promptly.

4. No refunds are applicable unless specified under a special offer. The special offers include satisfaction guarantees.

1. All content and materials on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our written permission.

2.  A separate agreement will govern any intellectual property created during the provision of our Services.

1. We will maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the provision of our Services, except as required by law.

2.  You agree to keep confidential all proprietary information provided by us, unless you have received approval in writting.

1. Our Services are provided "as is," and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results you may achieve from using our Services unless clearly specified under a particular offer.

2.  We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of our Services.

1. Either party may terminate the Service Agreement upon written notice for material breach or other justifiable cause.

2. If the ORCHESTRADOR requests the termination, no refunds for any work already done will be offered, but if sessions or work has not been delivered but paid for, we will refund the relevant portion.

3. If the customer has requested the termination, no refunds will be provided, unless agreed in writing on an agreement.

1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdown of the Netherlands, and the European union.

1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our Website, and your continued use of our Website and Services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms
